Terms of Service

By placing an order with MS Mart, you agree to the following terms.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy at the listed price. We'll confirm your order once it's placed; if an item goes out of stock before we can fulfil it, we'll contact you to substitute it or refund that item.

Pricing

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees and include everything except delivery, which is calculated at checkout. We may update prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout is what you'll pay.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within the window shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — weather, traffic, and order volume can occasionally push things back a few hours.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and card payment. For cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready for the rider where possible.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled from My Account while they're still marked "Processing." Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — see our Refund & Return Policy for what to do if there's a problem with a delivered order.

Account responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your account password private. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to your account.
