Delete your account

You can delete your MS Mart account whenever you like, either from this page or from the same page inside the MS Mart Android app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Your account record is erased from our database straight away — your name, email, password, phone number, saved delivery address and saved wishlist. Any milk or juice subscriptions on the account are cancelled, so nothing further is scheduled for delivery.

What we keep

Orders you have already placed are kept as our own delivery and payment record, which we need for our accounts. They are unlinked from your account first, so they no longer point back to your profile, and you will no longer be able to sign in and see them.

Delete it now

Sign in to the account you want to remove, then come back to this page — we only ever delete the account you are signed in to.

Can't sign in?

Email msmartpk.official@gmail.com or call 0324 9254303 from the number on the account and we will remove it for you.
